Terms of Condition

Important

  • Before commissioning read carefully and if you do not feel comfortable you may not request the commission

  • When purchasing my services, automatically you agree with the following conditions:

  • All transactions will be made through invoice via PayPal

  • Prices listed are all USD

  • Be aware that the commission might take time depending how life is going

Client

  • You are expected to read the TOS and understand the prices

  • You are aware that you can afford my Artwork

  • You are not allowed to claim my work as your own

  • You may use the Artwork for personal use only.

  • You are NOT authorized to make any changes, modify or use my works for commercials purposes without my permission

  • You may share the commissioned artwork on your social media as long as you credit me

  • You are expected to have a reference before the sketch

  • In case of Original Character, you retain the rights to the character design and any posts I make either WIP or Finished I will always mention

  • If you’re a minor it is expected to have authorization of parents before making any payments

  • Harassment for advantages and pressure will be not tolerated and I reserve the right to share the info with the community

Artist ( Me)

  • I reserve to post your finish artwork in my gallery and portfolio for any reason

  • I reserve to right to use the WIP ( work in progress ) in stream and social media

  • I reserve to decline your commission If I feel uncomfortable with the idea

  • Any questions don’t hesitate to ask

Business

For business purposes the artist will charge $100.00 due to the amount of time required on the work and compensation since the customer will use the artwork for business. However the rights will be transferred to the customer as part of their brand or branch of business

Refunds and Cancellation

Once the rough sketch is done and approved by the client there wont be any refunds unless a problem has occurred
